Benjamin Hardy serves as the Financial Officer for Idaho Fish and Game, where he oversees the Department’s $150 million budget, revenue operations, grant administration, and purchasing functions. With close to a decade of experience in accounting and public finance, he began his career as an auditor with a top 20 CPA firm before transitioning to state government service.
He holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accountancy and is a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM). In his role, he is committed to strong fiscal stewardship, regulatory compliance, and advancing Fish and Game’s mission to conserve Idaho’s untamed legacy
